Scarf transforms the lives of young people seeking protection, and those from refugee and migrant backgrounds, by getting them into work while adding flavour and heart to the hospitality industry. They partner with restaurants and other hospitality businesses to run hands-on programs and Scarf Dinners which provide hospitality training, mentoring, job-readiness workshops and paid work experience to participants. Trainees are paid, valued, become part of a learning community, and move into jobs with confidence, supportive relationships, and excitement.

During the 2023 'Double Double' campaign, Scarf's hospitality partners and friends will be doubling all donations up to $25K, so together, we can raise $50K. This will allow Scarf to provide at least 40 new trainee positions in the next 12 months, and create tons of social impact.
