Neha . Which Scarf program did you take part in? Winter Scarf '23 at Molly Rose. Tell us a bit about yourself... At nearly 20 years old, I still hold onto the hope of gaining more height. I have a fondness for food but a distaste for dishwashing. Making friends comes naturally to me, and I'm still in the process of adapting to the Australian weather. Why did you apply for the program? I lacked hands-on experience and struggled to make meaningful connections in the industry. . . What was your experience of job-hunting and applying for jobs before you came to Scarf? Job-hunting before Scarf was challenging. Scarf provided valuable guidance on resume building and interview skills, making the process more focused and effective. Learning in a real restaurant environment made a significant difference. I loved the people I worked with in Scarf because they remind me of my family back at home.
