Scarf Goes West for One Night Only!

Scarf Dinners are going West for one night only! We’re excited to partner with the fabulous Copper Pot Seddon team again for a very special one-off ‘Pop Up’ Scarf Dinner on Monday 26 November!

There are very limited places available, so if you’re keen to join us, book now.

This dinner is part of our recent ‘Tasting Plate’ program with Hobsons Bay City Council, and will allow some of our most recent graduates to gain fantastic, hands-on paid work experience. Sascha Rust and his team at Copper Pot have designed and will be cooking a fabulous two course set menu ($45 per person) including entrees such as ‘Kingfish tartare, sorrel, pine nuts’ and ‘Burrata, shaved nectarine, almond’ and mains like ‘Aylesbury duck, lardo, shiitake, broad beans’ and ‘Potato gnocchi, stracciatelle, braised chicory, hazelnut.’ Scroll down to see the full menu which is pretty well guaranteed to make your mouth water!

The front of house will be staffed by graduates from our Tasting Plate ’18 short course, with support from Scarf mentors. As usual, we’ll have a fabulous drinks list on offer thanks to our legendary sponsors Punt Road Wines, Stomping Ground Brewing Co, Four Pillars Gin, STARWARD Whisky, Campari Australia, Casa Mariol and Daylesford and Hepburn Mineral Springs Co.

We except this special dinner will book out, so nab your spot now!

Copper Pot Seddon have created a fabulous menu.
